"jamais déçu. un plaisir de faire découvrir à mes amis et entourage ce resto qui mérite d'être connu sur aubenas. une cuisine de qualité, une belle proposition de plats, bien présentés, épices et herbes aromatiques finement choisis pour rehausser un plat succulent. bref on y va les yeux fermés et fans une belle ambiance. longue vie à ce restaurant et merci d'oser proposer autre chose que des burgers et pizzas !!"

"Première fois dans ce restaurant avec des collègues de travail. La cuisine est goûteuse et Alex explique les plats avec précision, ce qui permet à chacun de choisir en connaissance de cause. Les régimes particuliers (sans gluten, sans lactose...) sont pris en compte très sérieusement... mais le mieux est d'en parler lors de la réservation pour qu'en cuisine tout soit mis en place ! Un choix presque déjà trop large tellement tous font saliver ! On reviendra, ou on fera appel à la formule à emporter ! Merci monsieur et merci madame pour ce voyage par le gustatif"

"On a découvert Nook, au hasard d'un mardi soir trés calme à Aubenas. Ce fut une surprise assez incroyable, et clairement le meilleurs resto que l'on ait fait dans le coin pendant ces 5 jours de vacances ! Une cuisine fusion jaugée avec délicatesse et soin, pas une faute de goût de l'entrée au dessert on sent clairement la précision de la cuisine féminine. Des mélanges audacieux, des épices bien dosées. Un accueil chaleureux Bref on a adoré du début à la fin. On s'est loupé pour le timing! On pensait qu'on vous trouverait ouvert samedi !
